the occasion with the launch of a special new menu. Taking feedback
received from valued customers into careful consideration, the Bistro
has evolved into a Modern Grill providing faster service for Corporates
with a stronger focus on high-protein quality meat, and interesting and
innovative starters, sides and sauces. Guests at the launch party
enjoyed miniature sample sizes of new options from the approachable and
edgy menu – and the feedback proved highly flavourable.
